Again, he found himself in Blizzard Cove enjoying a wonderful steamy hot soup. Yes, it was strange to see someone welcome the cold so...warmly. It was already a strange sight but it was stranger that someone that loved the cold preferred and actually loved the hot meals. Nature works in strange ways maybe. Perhaps, it was a means of balance? Nevertheless, that being eating alone in the cold was Xir. He was resting from his day of pulling pranks, annoying and being a nuisance to tens or even hundreds of people. But he can't remove it from his system. He was just too much of a prankster he can't end the day without some mischief of sorts. He continued to sit on a pile of snow as he enjoyed his meal, expecting no disturbance whatsoever. |

The snow was up to her knees, but it didn't bother her much. She loved the cold. She couldn't explain why. She hadn't even seen snow until she left home. Brushing flakes of snow from her brows, Alosia sighed. She was hopelessly lost. Like always. She trudged on for several more minutes before a delicious aroma hit her. The scent made her realize how hungry she actually was. Hopefully the traveler was kind enough to share. She pushed through the snow around a corner and saw a man sitting drinking a soup. "Well... hello?" |

He felt another presence with him in that area. It was strange. For he never really thought anyone would go here. He didn't turn and kept his back to the stranger as he kept on slowly sipping the soup. He took a small sip before he called out to the guest. "Is there anything I can help you with?" |

Feeling snubbed, Alosia folded her arms across her chest and stared at the back of the unmoving man. He continued to sip his soup and she felt her stomach rumble. She didn't hear it, but she tended not to hear such things. She hoped he didn't hear. It would've made her feeling even more pathetic for asking. "I'm sorry to bother you, but I wondered if you have anything food-wise to spare?" She paused, engulfed in the silence of the cold mountain. "I haven't eaten in a while..." she said lamely. Food. Well, the only food he had was the soup that he was barely able to take in. He turned around and tilted his head. He smiled playfully. He was like a kid. Well, he acted a lot like it and liked to play around. He chuckled a bit to himself as he extended his hands while holding the soup. "Here. But you'll have to play with me and get me some soup in town later as payment," He asked her cheerfully. Seems like he's be having a new playmate for the moment. |

Staring at the steaming soup, Alosia paused. Play with him? Whatever did he mean? Her stomach rumbled again and she winced. Ok, so maybe it wouldn't be as terrible as the emptiness in her stomach. Anything was better then a handful of snow. Taking a few steps forward, she took the bowl gently from him and stepped a bit away. "Ok... what do you have in mind?" She asked while slowly downing the soup. |

Xir pondered for a moment. He even placed a finger on his lip and gazed up as if to emphasize. He then turned to her and shrugged. "I have to idea actually. I just want to be not bored." He got up and walked around a bit. He skipped around her a bit before lying down on the snow. He loved the snow. He loved the cold. He rolled a bit and sat up, coincidentally in front of her. "So...what brings you to this place?" He asked her and tilted his head. His hair was filled with snow but it wasn't that much noticed because of his white hair. His red eyes gazed at her with much curiosity. |

Alosia raised an eyebrow and stared at the strange boy as he rolled around in the snow. Finishing the soup, she smacked her lips. She squatted and set the bowl down in the snow. Brushing a strand of hair out of her face, she leaned forward a bit and squint at the boy. "Nothing really. I like the cold, I suppose.. But I figured being lost in the snow would be better then anywhere else." She paused and stood up straight. "I'm not lost really. I don't know. Why are you here?" |

"Me? I love the snow. Well, mostly because I'm a bit more like it. So I guess I feel at home in this place." Xir told her and scooped up some snow on his hands. He laughed a bit as he rolled it into a snowball. He smiled at her playfully as he held the snowball in his hands. It seemed as he was going to throw it at her but he wasn't doing anything else yet. "I'm Xir. You are?" |

Alosia unconsciously nodded in agreement. He explained the feeling better then she. She felt as though this "play time" should be ok... talking didn't seem much like play, but to each their own. Her nerves calmed a bit until she saw the boy roll a snowball in his hand. If he intended to have a snowball fight, he'd win. She was somewhat exhausted, but of course that didn't mean she wouldn't at least try. Defensively, she rolled a snowball for herself as she spoke. "Nice to meet you, Xir. I'm Alosia." |

Xir smiled playfully when she also took a snowball. So, the fight was going to start? "Are you feeling alright now?" Xir asked her. She seemed tired and drained and he was glad that he gave her that soup. He was still waiting for her to feel the spicy kick of the soup though. He made it specially hot and spicy. |

Rolling the snowball between her palms, she gazed at the white crystals and sighed a bit. Snow was so great. She loathed the fact that it took her running away as an adult to experience it. She glanced up at the boy when he spoke. "Ah, yes I'm..." She paused. A strange feeling bubbled from her stomach and she burped suddenly. Embarrassed, she clasped a hand over her mouth. The taste of the soup came back up and with it, a flavor she hadn't noticed before. Heat, fire. Gasping, she coughed a bit and promptly put her snowball in her mouth. It felt as though it melted instantly, but it didn't. Alosia glared at the boy. "Well, you could've warned me it was spicy.." She crouched, rolled a snowball, and threw it directly at Xir's head. |

Xir laughed when the spiciness went back at her. "Well, you never as-hmp!" He was pummeled with a snowball and fell back on the soft blanket of snow. He lay the, flat on his back with a snowball cover his face. It was already a while...but he wasn't moving. He couldn't have died from a snowball, would he? |

Instantly, when the snowball hit Xir's face, she broke out in a little giggle. It wasn't until he fell to the ground and didn't move that the laughter faded. Taking a few steps forward, she leaned over him. It couldn't have possibly harmed him. Was there a rock in the snowball? No, she didn't remember feeling one. He didn't appear to have blood on his face, but of course the snow still sat there. Unmoving. Nudging him with her foot, she spoke: "Hey... you ok there? It was just a snowball..." |

He heard her voice and smirked behind the snowball. He then scooped up some snow and threw it at her. He laughed and threw some more on her before running and hiding behind a tree. He scooped a couple more snow and rolled it up to a nicely packed snowball. He waited if she would chase him or not. |
