It was a strange place to meet. He didn't realize that the isle of the mist would be such a large place. Though, he doubt that a person such as Ai would get lost. Reiku already reserved them a room. He would have gotten two separate rooms but he doubt that he wouldn't get enough of her that he'll leave her room. He laughed a bit as he scratched behind his ear for a while. It has only been days but he missed her already. Yes, the dominant persona of current was the one that fell in love with the vampire that fed on him. A vampire whose name meant love. He smiled and ordered a couple of fresh juices. He wouldn't want to seem too advancing to her by offering her some alcohol. Some fresh juice would be alright for them. A little bit of something to celebrate their reunion.
So now he sat there, waiting for his special guest to arrive.

Ai walked threw out the town searching for Reiku. She had five animals with her Rikka, the white wolf Reiku already met, Densetsu, her dir wolf that had yet to meet Reiku, Aki, her grey wolf that Reiku did not know, Gishiki, her cougar unknown to Reiku, Kiaki, and her snow leopard that also did not know Reiku. Ai had brought the ones Reiku did not know because she wanted him to know her friends, and Rikka was there to find him using the scent of him she knew. Rikka lead Ai to a building and looking at it found it to be an inn. Ai dismissed Rikka and the white wolf ran off as the small group entered the inn. Looking around she walked up to the desk and smiled at the person at the counter. "Hello. A friend of mine and i were to meet here. His name is Reiku." The owner nodded and told her what room looking at the pets wondering. "These are just my friends. He knows I travel with animals." She went to the room that she was told Reiku was in and opened the door silently like on the night they met. She and her animals slipped in just as quietly. "Reiku." She said looking at him smiling.

He sat on the bed while he waited. He had brought Ren of course. It's not like he can leave her after all. Besides, she likes to see Ai again. It was only a short while that she was able to play with her a bit. Now that cat is curled up on the bed, eager to be reunited with Ai. A knock on the door and Ren's ears perked up. Reiku's would have also if he had cat ears. The door opened and he heard her call out to him. He smiled as he walked up and walked over to her, not seeing the new companions she had brought. He embraced her tightly and placed a soft kiss on her cheek. "Ai, how have you been? Come in." He pulled away from the embrace and held on to her hand, leading her into the room. He then went to kitchen to get them something to drink. Ren jumped down frmo the bed and started to rub on Ai's leg.

Ai smiled seeiong Reiku and hugged him back until he walked away. She looked down at thetiny cat she gave to Reiku and got down to pet Ren. "Hey Ren. Nice to see you too." Ai stood back up after a moment holding the cat before setting her on the bed then followed Reiku. "I have been just fine. I have missed you but otherwise I have been fine. And yourself?" Her four animals followed Ai closly not knowing who the other person was. "You four stop it. This is Reiku. The others have talked to you about him. So stop it right now." She said looking down at them. "Reiku these are my other friends. Densetsu the dir wolf, Aki the grey wolf, Gishiki the cougar, and Kiaki the snow leopard. Guys this is Reiku. And the cat on the bed is Ren. Ren meet all my friends. And as everyone in here knows. I am Ai." She joked finishing the introductions for everying having fun.

"Your family seems to get bigger and bigger," Reiku teased as he returned with food and drinks for all of them. There were several plates and trays and he settled them on a table. He placed another soft kiss on her cheek as he sat on the bed. "I had missed you too. It's been only three days but I have missed you so much." Reiku smiled and took off his blindfold, fully trusting Ai. He had already showed it to her before anyway. He handed a plate to Ai so she can start eating. "How was your journey? Are you alright?" He asked her as he started to eat himself. He was excited and happy to see her once again. Oh, he had missed her so much. He gazed around and took a look at her new companions. They didn't seem too aggressive and Ai seemed to have succeeded in calming them down.

"My journey was fine. Travel is easy for me when I have a group of over protective animals that can easily track me down if we get separated." Ai said jokingly yet it was fully true. If they were seperated, which often happened, the animals would track her down. Sometimes they could be seperated for a few days. Usually they were together unless Ai had them help her with something. In those times they were usually not to far away tho. "And my family always gets bigger. You still have not meet everyone. It is a very large family." She nodded and looked at the food. "You cooked. Thanks. You just want this to be perfect do you not." Looking at the plate Ai took a bite out of the food before smiling more. "It is really good Reiku." She ate a bit more and then set the plate down before moving and sitting next to Reiku. The animals she brought with her laid down near the door.

"Of course. I want our little reunion to be just perfect," Reiku smiled as he served them some food. He also poured her some drinks and handed to her a cup of juice. He laughed and remembered that time when she had gotten drunk. He didn't give her some alcohol though. "Don't worry. It's juice and not wine. I remember you don't drink alcohol." He laughed and flicked a lock of her hair from her head. He then leaned over and placed a soft kiss on her lips.
"So. What have you been up to? I want to know more about you," Reiku tilted his head and smiled. It was an honest statement though. He wanted to get to know her more. Know people she had met. Know her a whole lot so he can understand her better. He leaned towards her and placed another kiss on her lips and smiled.

"Perfection is unabtanible. But I guess you are doing a good job of getting close to it." Ai teased glad to be able to again. She looked at the cup for a moment. "I would not worry if it was or not. I do not get drunk from alcohal. It is the blood of a drunk person that gets me drunk. That is why I do not drink it." She felt his lips on hers and kissed him back before pulling away. "I have not really been up to much. Just the usually stuff. Travel, work, play, meet someone, travel again. It just goes like that." Feeling his lips on hers again Ai kissed him back again. She set the cup down and hugged him into the kiss before pulling her head back a bit. "Mabye a little missing you." She spoke softly before pulling away more looking him in the eyes.

"Just a little?" Reiku smiled as she had pulled away from the kiss. His eyes were closed. Well, people said that kissing is better when one's eyes were closed. It was a bit true though. But he still preferred to see her first before he'd close his eyes and savor the moment. He leaned forward suddenly and kissed her lips. He laughed and pulled away. "Well, I missed you a lot."
He smiled and turned to the companions that she had brought with her. The one he recognized. But he was curious where she was meeting a lot of these animals. "So...how big is your family?" He asked and chuckled a bit. Ren jumped up on his lap and curled into a little fluff ball. He smiled and stroked her fur, scratching her behind the ears. It wasn't long before she was comfortable in his lap and purring, as she was drifting to sleep.

Ai thought for a moment how to awnser that question. She did not really know how. "I..... My family... Well..." She paused to clear her head. "I do not know how big my family is. I just know big. I do not keep a count of them all. Well mabye I could if I said all there names. Then I could count all the names. I do not forget there names. Names are something I am good at remebering. Which is a good thing because that way I do not forget people. If I forget people then I probably would feel some empty spots within my mind. You know because memories make us and without some of them who are we." Ai stopped talking and laughed a bit. "You know I think I am rambling. So I think I will just shut up now." She laughed more and kissed Reiku.

Reiku could care less if she rambled or not. He was trying to catch what she was saying but in the end, he was unable to. He only laughed and smiled as she had kissed him again. It was a good thing he had set aside the cutlery he was holding. When she had almost tackled him, he fell back on the bed. He wrapped his arms around her waist as Ren jumped away to prevent herself from getting squished. Reiku laughed and kissed her lips softly several times. He nuzzled on her neck a bit, sniffing and ticking her at the same time. He started to purr after a while of getting comfortable with her. He blushed and tried to hide it by nuzzling more on her neck. He loved the feeling of having her near him. He wished they can stay like this for a little while longer. Though, they were in the danger of falling off the bed.

Ai laughed being able to tell Reiku had purred a bit. "You do not have to hide from me if you purr Reiku. I find it kind of cute." Ai moved back and off Reiku grinning while looking at the edge of the bed. "Cutting it a little close there am I not." She had pulled back so they would not fall off the bed, and also because he was tickling her when he nuzzled her and she did not want to show she was ticklish. She sat on the bed and looked at Ren. "Sorry about that. I was not trying to almost squish you." She felt a little bad when she had noticed the small cat run to not get squished. Ai rubbed the back of her head slightly still smiling. "So Reiku... I was just wondering... Why did you pick this town for us to meet in anyways?" She tilted her head slightly and was sitting almost like a dog on the bed.

"A bit, yes." Reiku told her and nuzzled more onto her neck as long as he can. It was not because he was shy now. It was because he loved her scent and chose to nuzzle on her neck. He was also secretly trying to find some of her sensitive spots. He wanted to find out so he can tease her by attacking those spots by tickling if he can. She had pulled away though and he was not able to see if she was sensitive there or not.
"I don't know. Maybe some adventure. It has a mystery to it that I figure we can both explore if we have time," Reiku told her and then seized the opportunity. He pounced and tackled her a bit, laying on her lap and almost curling up into a fluff ball as a cat would. He wrapped his arms around her waist and purred.

Ai cried out slightly from suprize as Reiku tackled her then laid on her. She starte to laugh more as he purred. When she had cried out her animals jumped out to see if anything was wrong, then seeing her laughing they relaxed and laid back down. "You are a lot bigger then a cat you know." She teased looking at him smiling. Then she suddenly remebered something and moved one of her hands to her ears moving the hair out pof the way. She pointed out the ruby earings Reiku got for her. "Look." Then she pointed to the ruby necklace she got to go with the ring, and lastly she showed him her ring which was also ruby. The necklace and ring were things she got because they went with the earings. "How do you like them? All of them make me think of you, even if you only got me one of them."

"Awww, you should have just let me buy them for you," Reiku nuzzled on her lap. He poked at her sides for a bit, trying to tickle her. He smiled, even if he only gave one, because those reminded her of him. He loved the fact that she can remember him. She has her memory through Ren. That's why he held Ren close to his heart. "Still, I'm glad you remember me. I'd be a very sad cat if you forgot me," He told her softly and nuzzled this time on her stomach. He was trying to find out her tickle spots. It may be some sort of revenge for missing her so much but that was not her fault. He was just trying to be cute and clinging on to her. He was a very attached person to her. Despite that, it was still love. He loved her very much.
