you have been asked to travel to a desolate area. Barely any plants grow in the barren island of Tor. Ironically, you have been asked to retrieve a rare seed of a plant. Some have only heard rumors about it growing in Tor. Apparently, your guild master was keen for you to traverse through the island in search of this fruit. You do not know if the guild master was perfectly sure the fruit even exists yet you were sent here to retrieve such myth. A boat has taken you to the island and will come back once a day during the middle of noon to see if you are prepared to leave or not. Beware, spells and abilities are said to be rendered null when you reach a certain part of the island. There seemed to be no hostile creatures yet but you are best be on your toes in case something decides to have you for a meal. |

Well, this was irritating. How in the world was she supposed to find the seed of a plant that no one was sure even existed in an island where magic was of no use for searching. Seriously, what was this! When she had enlisted for the guild, she'd had no intention on entering into any search and carry jobs. While she had asked for a challenge, she hadn't meant a challenge of her skill as a fruitpicker. This was not the sort of thing that was going to hone her abilities and help her to prove herself to her peers. Well, since she was already here, she might as well make an attempt at it. There was a large area to search, but at least there wasn't too much foliage to have to sort through. The obvious solution to this would be to simply look for areas of greenery, so being able to get a good look at the isle would probably be prudent. She walked up to the top of a nearby hill, attempting to find plantlife, any plantlife at all. |

You kept on searching but most of the things you see are just tumbleweeds on what seemed to be a barren land. There seemed to be no plant life at all in this lands. But, do not lose hope. For at the distance, there seemed to be some elevated ground. It seemed to be a very miniature plateau. The top of it is not visible but there might be hope that there are actually some plant up there. Beware though. Those with magical prowess will find themselves as if being caged and bound and that casting spells are almost impossible. That piece of elevated land may be the center of what is keeping the flow of magic. Due to that possible fact, casting of spells are either incredibly hard or even impossible at all. Beware. Arm yourself. There is no telling of what creature may be lurking, despite the higher altitude of the rock formation. [about two floors high] |
