The wind blew through the trees as if a god was blowing air in his direction. It nearly knocked him off his feet a few times. Tree to tree, Thorne made his way through the thick forest. Animals were everywhere and lively just as always. The smell of the fresh flowers made him think of his mother. A tear would never fall from his eye agian. The human stold on the coast of the great water and gazed upon the rising sun. It blinded him for a minute then his vision returned. Fish jumped from the water surface then dived to the bottom. As beautiful as it was, Thorne was getting bored of the view. Once finding a small log near the water, he sat upon it then bit into an apple. |

Cearulia was swimming along, her familiar chattering in her mind excitedly. So the king says he must meet with your family right away, something about lands and names and such. You shouldnt go to the surface again that was a stupid idea I couldnt belive it. The purple snake talked and talked, as Cearulia swam and ignored him. Then she felt a bump on her head, moments later an apple fell past her fin as she watched it soar downward, in one motion she swam down and caught it. "Look! Theirs a bite mark ankua. That must mean a human is up there!" This made her blue diamond incrested fin make her swim up, her brown hair flower past her back. Her head was about to break the surface when her snake wraped arouhd her wrist pulling her back down. To any observers on the surface it would have looked like a brown circle coming up then going back down. Looking at ankua angrily she put her hands on her hips. "WHAT! I was curouis. I'm going back up." Before the snake protested she swam to the surface and got out just enough for her eyes to see. Showing her grey eyes and the greenish purple dots and swirls as patterened by her eye tips. |

The ripples from the discarded apple left a perfect system of rings along the waters surface. A thin string vibrated gently with each contact with the small swells. The string was tied firmly onto a small branch that had been forcefully torn off the tree. The makeshift fishingpole was loosely clutched by a sleeping man with silver hair. Out of boredom and for dinner's sake, Vensint had taken the day off from his pointless traveling and rested up on the coast of a massive lake. He had climbed onto an apple tree limb and made himself relaxed enough. The fishing was a last minute plot to hopefully reward him whenever he desided to check to see if he had caught anything. Life was going peacefully for him at the moment. |

The sound of a splash awoken the human from his sleep. He quickly sat up from the grass he was resting on and looked around. The smell of death made Thorne quickly gag at the fresh air. He looked to see a man by the coast where he once stood. The human walked up to the man then stold there. He didn't say anything, because he knew the man felt he was there. The way he breathed, the way he sat there on the branch. The feeling of inocient lives being lost dropped on Thorne's shoulders. Thorne watched the man sleep and hoped that he wasn't as violent as his mind thought. |

Cearulia kept her eyes on the men, they watched each other with anger. With a laugh she dove back down and swam up oding a corckscrew in the air then diving back down. She was a happy mermaid. When they looked where she splashed she swam over and grabbed a belonging from both as they were distracted. Smiling she swam to the bottom and sat on the sand checking them out. Fish swam past tickling her stoamch. One made her nervous, the other was boring. Discarding the objects she swam up again. On the surface bobbed a red circle. Grabbing it hse pulled it down with her with ease. A sudden pang of pain hit her hand, a hook was cutting into her palm. Panicing she tried to get it out, but it was getting yanked upward. Screaming underwater she swam up with the red orb. |

Vensint awoke as soon as the man had come into a range of ten meters. He kept quite and remained still. He waited a moment londer until right before his moment to reawaken himself, a sharp tug forced Vensint's hand to crush into the feeble stick and hold it firmly. By that time Vensint had sprang up onto a standing on the branch and rearing back with his left hand and drawing his sword with his right. The man was momentarily forgotten while Vensint toyed with what undoubtably would be a rather large creature... |

The human, as still as a wall, watched as the man fought the the pole. Almost funny enough to make him laugh. The apple vanished then reappeared continously as them man battled the creature in the depth. Thorne walked next to the tree and looked into the water. Crystal clear for about thirty feet. After that, a blur awaited the human's naked eyes. The breeze from the surface of the water was nice and it gave Thorne the idea of resting. He pushed the idea out his mind then watched the clash of man and creatures once more. A difficult fight it would become. |

Finally reaching the surface blood was running down her harm. The mometn she got to the air it was yanked deeper into her hand. Cursing she tried to pul it back out, but the fisher just pulled further. Starting to tear she swam over to the scource of the pole. Once the cord was close enough she used her good hand and her teeth to break it. Looking at her captor angrily she hissed at him. The snake around her neck coiling. The hoook remained in her hand. Showing him her hand and hte blood she scowled at him. |

Vensint dropped the pole and smiled warmly. He exteneded his hand out and waited to see if she would take it. He desided not to wait however. So he leaped from the branch and splashed infront of the woman. He was surprised to see that the thing that he was dueling was a woman. How did she manage to survive from that encounter without coming up once for air? Why was she frowning and not trying to fight? What is that snake doing around her neck? He shook the questions from his head and plucked his hook from her open hand. After all, that was his only hook... |

The human laughed as the man leaped into the water. A great wave came from the sea and reached Thorne. His mouth closed and he stared at the man. He raised an eye brow then sat in the dirt. Legs crossed and his arms reaching for the few apples that were near him. He snacked on the apples and enjoyed the show. |
