The Land of Avalon is a freeform medieval/fantasy roleplaying site loosely based on Arthurian lore. Avalon is home to many friendly members, administrators, and position holders, most of whom are always willing to RP, no matter how new a person might be to the site. ~nyu~ Posts: 2 Group: Members Member #5,502 Joined: April 23, 2009 Gender Female Name Reid Race Anthro - CatGirl Class Scout Profession Elite Scout Unit Leader for the Order	Now this is a mission that she would love to do anytime. Her next destination was here, near the shores. Well, she was given a week to stay and monitor the area and was also asked to wait further orders after a week of reporting. She did find something but she doubt that she should report it. She found a beach. And so here she is, under the cool shade of a nearby tree, enjoying the cool breeze that the sea brought into the lands. Perhaps it was her master's way of giving her a vacation. Perhaps it was just coincidence. Whatever it was, her tail swayed and her ears twitched as a look of euphoria was painted all over her face. She will make use of her time here.

Haven also decided that she like it here, so she'd stayed for a few days. Every day, she and the little bear cub she'd rescued played in the waves. They had just been taking a nap when the bear caught scent of something nearby. It awoke Haven with a nudge, and the two of them slowly snuck across the sands until they saw a person sleeping under a tree. Though the bear growled softly, Haven was far more intrigued by the twitching ears and cut little tail the other girl had. Motioning for the bear to stay, Haven slowly circled around the tree, before leaping in front of the kitty cat girl and attempting to startle her. 'Rawr!"

So relaxing. It's like all her troubles would go away. Ah, this is the life. Tranquil, comforting, embraced by the sweet ambiance of the beach. Nothing could ruin this moment... "Rawr!" "Hii~nya!" That surprise attack on her made her jump and she had actually managed to cling to the trunk of the tree as she looked down at her attacker. It was no attacker but a girl. Immediately her face turned red of embarrassment as she shook her fist towards the girl. "Nyu~ You surprised me~nyu~ Why would you do that~nyu~? You're mean~nyu~!"

But when she jumped into the tree, clinging on like a kitty, Haven was rolling in the sand laughing. "Haha you should have haha seen the look ha on your hahaha face!" Finally, she stopped rolling in the sands, and sat up with a hand pointing at th girl in the tree. "Aw come on. I was just funnin'"

She muttered something about a bully before she turned her attention back to the girl. "You scared Reid~nyu~! It wasn't funny~nyu~! I was gonna die of fright~nyu~!" Reid kept waving her fist at the girl before she jumped down and brushed off the sand that had gotten on her clothes. She sighed upon realizing that her little bit of vacation may have ended sooner than she wanted to. Well, there goes her well deserved rest.

Giving a little sneeze thanks to the dust, Haven finally caught her breath soon after. "I am not! You just gotta be tough if yer gonna be out by yourself in places like this!" Her reasoning was actually valid. Though her mentality behind it was far more childish.

She took a step back from the tree to let the cat girl climb down easier. "M name's Haven! And that bear cub over there is .... um ... Bear." Well, she hadn't thought of a name for it yet. But it was sleeping in the shade of a dune and wore a pink scarf around its neck. Haven however was more focused on the girl's twitching tail. "Heeeeeey. What's it like! Having a tail?"

Reid pouted and crossed her arms with a soft hmp. She was glad to have some company, at the least, it was boring to be alone on a hot day. "Hello Haven and Bear~nyu~" Reid waved a bit. She didn't find it odd to name a bear as...Bear. It was a bear after all. And then, having a tail was put into question. She didn't know, honestly, she's had a tale ever since she knows it. "I don't know~nyu~ It just moves depending on how I feel~nyu~" True enough, her tale was a bit wagging as she was glad to have company.

Since she had taken care of and met different animals before, she knew to be careful with even the catgirl's feline attributes. So she carefully pat the fur of her tail then went to gently scratch her behind the ears. "Heheh ... yer soft."

Not a very good combination. Immediately, she jumped away from her and landed on all force. "Nyu~ I don't want water~nyu~!" Her feet started to sink in the sand without her noticing it. She still was stuck up on the water and was showing hostile actions towards it.
