Raaah, rushed.

Sozen wasn't your average guy, and he most definitely wasn't your average monk. When one spoke the title of monk most often the image that was thrust unto their mind was a humble man donned in robes, a follower of a holy and just god, days consisted of prayer in solitude among his brothers - pretty much the opposite. This shapeshifter was but a warrior monk, he honed both mind and body to perfection as he was but an instrument of his god - and the god he called to was not what you would expect, this monk called to the goddess of war. Her name was pronounced in each battle and a prayer was given in her honour to each enemy that fell before him in combat, blood was most certainly shed in her name.

But what brought the pirate on this journey was something that he felt he needed to do, and something he wanted to be recognized for. Sozen wanted to meet his goddess, he wanted to be known personally as a monk, as a soldier, that was loyal and committed to her existence - he had this undying urge and need to prove himself. He'd be lying if he said he wasn't also interested in having the goddess of war as an ally, to have such a powerful being to aid and guide you would most definitely prove beneficial to him.

"Hmm.."

He mused quietly to himself as he stood before the vast flight of massive stairs, alas the shapeshifter had navigated his way into what seemed to be the deity's temple; he could almost feel her presence all around him, it sent goosebumps across his body to be honest.

Alas, the goddess was not at home. She had taken to adventuring outside of the cove for no reason other than to cure her own boredom. This particular 'vacation' had brought about a handful of lovely prospects. Not only did a return trip to Trevena result in an interesting arena fight to partake, but she had gained at least one totally devoted follower in her adventurer to the mainland.

Now however, ti was time to head home. But only because she had felt that familiar tinge of 'hey someone is there'. Of course, on the other hand, the goddess woudl take her own sweet time in getting there. Fortunately for those that waited for her, her own time was swifter than that of mortal measurement. So she would appear within the frigid terrain of her abode.

Step by step she trudged through the snow, not because she had to but because she so enjoyed the raging blizzard which swirled around. What was death to most was welcoming to her. And so when she at last appeared before the largest caver leading to her temple, snow would coat her shoulder sand frost would tinge her lips. Just like that however, it would melt away. The goddess didn't like tacking in puddles into her home.

Her boot heels would echo as she trekked into her massive cavern which housed her temple. Wolfish eyes would drift as she readily took notice of the man residing within. A fanged smirk would grace her expression briefly. The goddess always knew a faithful when she saw them. Perhaps even she had heard the prayers given ion her name by those who bleed for War. "Welcome. Sozen." Ah yes she knew his name. Though the goddess proclaimed no psychic tendencies, her powers increased with every day. If one was worthy enough, she'd recall their name.
