Just an normal everyday Half-Dragon

I ran as fast I could while evading boulders the size of houses. I tried to climb the mountain, but after a while earthquakes came. First I thought that it was just a normal calamity, but after climbing and running for five times, with everytime a break of a day, I knew something strange was happening. If it wasn't for that augury I wouldn't be here. I had to duck and a boulder flew over me. It landed on another rock and even more boulders joined the avalanche. I hid in a cave and waited till it stopped. When I woke up it was evening and I was kinda dazed, I didn't remembered to fall asleep. It was quiet outside, a roar came from far. Probably a beast who was stuck under a pile of rocks. I walked outside and felt a nice evening breeze on my face. I probably slept cause I was exhausted while not knowing it. I ate some of the bread I brought with me. I looked at the path I used to climb up....and I wasn't happy. My piece of bread fell out of my hand and my mouth was open. A huge canyon was created while I slept. How the hell did I slept through that! I walked to the edge and looked down. A wave of heat hit my face and my eyes begane to tear a little. The bottom of the canyon had a river of lava. I decided to walk backward so if another earthquake came, I wouldn't fell in. I checked if my stuff was fine and started climbing. |
