Blue eyes looked around as he found a small clearing outside of town under several large trees. He approached the trees cautiously looking and listening for any danger. Satisfied that the area was safe, Kayen sat on the ground under the trees and wrapped his cloak around himself. After a few moments, he laid down and put his head on the largest root of the tree, slowly drifting away into dreamland.

Deleted User	Harmony, a half-elf girl who sought nothing from life but answers, found herself in Tintagel within the Northern Lands, why was a mystery to her but most likely because she was lost. Her bright blue eyes tried to scan the surrounding area, she was sometimes so good at night with vision but then on days like this she was terrible. Guided only by moonlight she walked along with the feeling of the fur from her small kitten brushing against her leg. Continuing to walk and contemplating whether to rest for the night Harmony found her foot caught on something and seconds later felt her body hitting the floor. She could hear the kitten hissing at the lump that lay on the ground, suggesting it was alive and Harmony knew that could mean danger. The white blond hair of the pale girl shone in the moonlight as she stood to her feet quickly and drew her broadsword, waiting in case of a need to attack.

His eyes adjusted rather quickly and he immediately rolled over, one hand reaching for the girl's hair attempting to grab it to keep her from getting away, at least until he knew what the hell happened. The hisses of the cat caused him to swing his free arm out to try to ward off the animal (which he thought was something much larger than it was). "WHAT THE HELL???"

Deleted User	Harmony felt him grabbing her hair which made her moves restricted and there was no safe way of swinging her sword here; she contemplated swinging it and attempting to cut of his arm but that would put her at risk of cutting her side and at least her hair, and it would be messy. Using her elbow she smacked the joint of his elbow with quite force as the kitten attempted to attach itself to his leg to save his master. A humorous fight considering all Harmony did was trip over a rock she thought. "Get off me!" Harmony's soft and sweet tone said angrily as she smacked the jont of his elbow again.

He yelled as the cat's claws latched onto his leg and he started to kick with his other foot at the little pest. The girl pounding on his elbow weakened his grasp but he managed to hold on. "DROP THE SWORD AND I WILL LET GO! AND GET THIS THING OFF ME!!!"

Deleted User	Harmony kept a grip on the broadsword as she hit him again. "If I drop the sword I am defenseless" Harmony explained and elbowed him for a fourth time. "Let go of me or you'll find the sword in your arm!" She shouted, there was no way she could get the kitten from his leg while he had a hold of her so she left the kitten to claw at it. This was just a big misunderstanding but even so Harmony would not put down her weapon to an enemy and not leave herself defenseless.

Now!!!"

Deleted User	Harmony looked at him as she spun around, holding the sword at his neck as she tried to catch her breath. "If the cat dies you die" She threatened, her hands gripping tightly to the handle of her sword, it was a game of chicken really but Harmony was someone of her word and if he let the cat go she would not kill him but if he didn't then she would. Watching the kitten paw and bite at his hand Harmony scowled slightly at him and said. "I have no reason to kill you if you let the cat go" She told him, her eyes staying in contact with his.

He hoped intimidation would work but it didn't, so he quickly let go of the cat, kind of pushing it towards the girl and then his blue eyes looked up to her as if he didn't trust her and he was waiting to be killed anyway. Deleted User	Harmony listened to him and could not help but laugh as she withdrew her sword and seathed it, letting it hang by her side and under her cloak so she had easy access to it. "Attack you?" She questioned with a laugh. "I tripped over you... you attacked me!" She exclaimed as she picked up the small tabby kitten and stroked it.

"You tripped over a sleeping, full grown adult? Don't you watch where you're going, girl?" he laughed again and shook his head and then he started to look at his clawed up thigh, wincing as he touched one of the deepest cuts and then he looked back up to the girl in the darkness. "I apologize if I hurt you..."

"I work on a farm and grew up in a family consisted of men I have been hurt worse" Harmony joked as she pulled out some green paste from a bag and offered it to him. "For your wound, it will help" She told him, offering some strips of cloth as well.

Deleted User	Harmony laughed. "Yea natural born killer" She held the tabby kitten up as he meowed and gave a cute tilted head which just made Harmony giggle more. "My name is Harmony" She introduced herself. Watching as he bandaged up his leg and he was obviously no stranger to being attack though Harmony suspected not by a small kitten.
