Sin walked into the Silver Dagger Inn. He looked around. There werent many people around. A couple people scatterd around the bar. He walked to the counter infront of the door and smilled as the redheaded beauty on the other caught her breath as she looked up at him. HE was looking his darkest he would say. His skin was as dark as night and his eyes a peirceing shade of red. He stared into the youths light green eyes and winked. May I have a room for two. His dark smooth voice pooring like crimson liquid from his lips. The girl didnt say any thing. Just handed him a key and pointed to the stairs. HE smiled again and looked around.

The dwarf had been out drinking most the day, and he finally came to his least favorite place to be. The Silver Dagger had never appealed to him, but they had good ale, and that was enough to drag Faldal in. He unslung his hammer from his back, and walked inside. The company was normal. Few whores here, few drunks there. The one that caught his eye though, was the black man talking to the barkeep. When the man asked for 2 rooms, Faldal just had to ask.

'Aye there, why are you getting two rooms? No offence or anything, but you don't look like you got a companion with you. If they be meetin' you here, then why don't ya come have an ale with me?'

Sin looked at the Dwarf lightly. Sin was of elven nature so of course he should hate a Dwarf right? No, Dwarfs worked and lived under ground and so did Drow. Sin smiled and nodded. If ye be buyin the brew then ill be sittin with ye dwarf. He skipped by why he got two rooms and lead the way to a couple seats in the back of the tavern so he could watch the rest of the scum that came into the tavern. Although he might be the biggest peice of trach in the Inn but they didnt know that. Sin smiled to him self and sat down.

Faldal smiled. Of course, he always had to buy the ale, but he did not mind. People got funner when they were intoxicated, and interesting and fun is what he liked. He was sure though, that this black fellow, would not fall to the ale as quickly. He ordered two of the strongest ones they had, and then just had to break the ice.

'So ye got a name to ye? Or are you nameless, and I gotta give you one?'

Sin gulped down the ale. It was nothing compared to the strong brew of the underdarks. It had its taste and the hops were fresh and bitter. The bitter mixed with the sweetness of the yeast was great. He looked at the short but robust dwarf. Most just call me Sin He spoke softly as for any one else to hear. He held up his hand for another round. He figured and drink would be good. He had work to night and the feeling he got from the alcohol was always a help to sneack into the houses and get his bountys. And yours Dwarf? Sin spoke loudly now almost demanding the mans name.

The dwarf drained his own ale, and held up a hand as well. The barkeep promptly brought two more ales, and he replied after taking a smaller drink this time.

'Names Faldal. Most call me Stormy though cause of this lil beauty right here.'

With a pat of his stormhammer, he took another drink.

'So, what brings a fellow like you, out in this much sunlight?'

Sin smiled as he looked at the hammer. It was a well crafted weapon. It was kind of big for such a small drow as Sin. He only had his poison sword which worked for him. Sin had to consider what to answer to his question. He couldnt just say 'I kill people'. He smiled as he thought of it. I am here on a contract visit. Not much. I dont have to be out much in the day. He waved a hand at one of the windows where it was quite dark already. What would bring you from the mountains young Stormy.

'Bah, the mountains bored me a long time ago. Lost their touch really. Didn't help that there was a few people who didn't really want me there either. Hard to believe sometimes, that I used to call them home. Came down here with my brother, and that was that. He didn't end up so fine, but yea'

The dwarf took another large swig of ale, and then waited for the man to comment on his small rant.

Sin had listend paitently to the dwargs rant. It was nothing new. It seemd that most people had to tell them their lives and what went wrong. Of course he had to ask the question that lead to that. He didnt know why people werent scared of him. He was scard from nose to toes. He was jet black, red eyes, green hair, and he was a drow. Of course him only looking 15 might have done it. If only they knew the unstable mind behind it all, yet Sin had found him self to have a problem. His psychosis had progressed past the point of mindless killing. If there was such a thing as sane insane peson Sin would consider himself one. Yes this is what sin thought about as the dwarf went on. At the end of the little rant Sin smilled. Sounds like a problem there Stormy. I have found me self in somthing like that a time or to. Sin looked up the stairs and to the door expecting some one to show sooner or later.

Time and time again she'd escaped hanging in the wind, passed on a dance with death; avoided gaining an old rope necklace. The hang man's noose, alright!? Banditry wasn't an easy business these days. oh no. Her whole clan was wiped out. Humans, eh, they were cannon fodder. Good when you needed a few henchmen to do a job, but hell, she wasn't no leader. Cutthroat killer who'd rather kill you and steal your boots rather than look at you sure, but sometimes you just did what you had to do. Even joined a guild once, 'League of Darkness'. Eh, turned out they were nothing more than squabbling children, politics. What ever happened to all that money she was promised? Nothing.

So she'd taken to hunting people and sometimes actually leaving them alive cause you got more money that way. Imagine that! She got the easy way out this time though, contact. Breaking and entering if the fella needed a hand. but that was it, that was all she was paid to do. And then, well, then she planned on getting good and drunk. Why? Um. Bandit! The quiver tapped against one shoulder as she stepped into the tavern. It was called the silver something, wasn't it? Ah, well, no matter. Poison, blindness, paralysis, these and more she could inflict from quite distance. Half drow with a bow, good with the eye sight, ya know?

Anyways, the tavern was just a tavern and nothing more. The music wasn't impressive to her and the patrons ... drunk trash with too many reaches of the hand. Horny bastards. 'Oh look a woman never seen that before.' The halfbreed gave a roll of the eyes. Even if she was accustomed to such things thanks to a life living with a bunch of bandits in the middle nowhere ... It didn't make them any less annoying. Stomp, stomp, stomp, went her boots on the sawdust riddled floor. An ear twitched breifly at the chatter, an annoyed gesture. Trekking upstairs, she meandered seemingly for eternity before coming to the conclusion that her job wasn't here. Wrong tavern? No, it couldn't be. Shit. Whatever happened to useful information? 'Hey lady I got a job for you but oh wait let me give you the wrong meeting place'. The half fae cursed, driving a dagger into the nearest door. Abruptly realizing that she should check downstairs, the dagger was wrenched free and placed back to her belt. Scuffing a boot against the top step she descended the stairs.

Copper eyes drifted 'round the tavern as her arms crossed before her, pondering. And then she realized, she didn't even know who she was looking for. What kind of job was this!? Her hands fell to her sides, a hand twitching toward the blackened dagger at her hip. Then she saw him, the drow staring at her from one of the tables. Just a kid! Can't be? What the Hell? Groaning inwardly at her ill luck she could assume nothing more than this was a joke. On the other hand ... she needed the money ... Allowing her hand to slide from her dagger and rest at her belt she sidled through the crowd and leaned casually upon the table in question. "What're you starin at?"

Sin wached the half drow walk in. It was sickening to him to see her. His own race mixed with the rubish of human blood. Why hadnt they killed the little bitch when she was in the whom. Her father and mother should have been slain too, but the girl is what he needed. Some one small and cunning to get through and area. She walked around like an idiot. How could she not notice him. HE WAS THE ONLY DROW IN THE WHOLE FUCKING BAR. He began to think she was usless and then last all fucking hope when she assended the stairs. He just raised his hand and called for more brew. He didnt expect her back. He drank deeply thinking it might be for the best.

He was done with the mug off beer when she came back down the stairs and looked around. He was waching her with his blood red eyes. Amazed that she finaly spotted him. Yes, Sin did have the god complex of well......a god. He was better then all and this half blood cur was way beneith him. Maybe she would get killed bye the one he was looking for. Sin smiled as she walked toward him. His sword was hidden as his left hand slipped around the hilt. When she spoke he had to restrain him self from slapping her off her feet........and he almost did, but how dare she ask him what he was looking at. She should advert her fucking eyes to him. HIs right hand would swighpt hat her straight from his mug giving little warning to him self let alone any to her. It was meant to be a good hard hit if it did land. How dare you talk to me like that. He demanded his sword already out of its scaberd. You come to me asking for a job and you talk to me like that?

A bandit lied to. Was that supposed to be irony? She hated irony ... And this snot nosed kid too. People just didn't respect their betters elders anymore. What a sad world to live in. Ha ha, no, she wasn't really expecting good manners. She had none herself! Blaise decided that, after this, with the Crossing being plagued by guards or no, she was going back to gold ol' thievin'. Kicking wandering merchants and lost nobility to the side of the road and pilfering their goods was so much easier. She had other skills however, and would put them to use if it would get her some cash. Why, she'd even deal with this sharp tongued little bastard! Anything for the money, it was as good a motto as any.

She was about to speak, and inform him of the reality of the situation, when a motion caught her attentions. Even if she was merely a lowly bandit, the half fae was no moron. She lived with them, stole from them, used them, yes. But she wasn't one of them. Light on her feet she jumped back, her pose simply ... exasperated. "Simmer down. Boy." A hand dropped to her shadowed blade at the motion towards a sword, but she didn't draw it. Yet. "You aren't hiring me. I was hired to find you. So sit yer ass down and les' talk bisness.

Sin smiled as she moved quickly out of the way of his hit. Good reflexes. If he wanted he could say that was a test and she passed. Of course it was not and he didnt make it a habit of lieing say he simply put his sword way and grunted. He didnt know why she told him to sit. She was the one int he middle of the tavern with every one staring at her. HE was still on his stool. All he had done was take a swipe at her and draw his sword. He looked at the girl from the corner of his eye as he drink another mug and then motioned for her to follow him as he headed up stairs to one of the two rooms he had rented for the night. He over turnd the bed so it lay infront of the window and waited for the girl to walk into the room. He was verey cautious about his work and wished not to die this early in is short pitty full life.

When the girl walked in he locked the door and stood infront of it. He didnt speak. He wanted what she had now and wouldnt speak or give her a cent untill she handed it over. If she didnt there was no way out exept through the bed or through him. He prayed she would be dumb and try to leave. But he didnt think she was that dumb.

It was a figure of speech, but whatever. Not that she was ignorant of the patron's gazes. It was just that she didn't give two shits about them. What were they going to do? Yell at her for having some drow kid fling a sword at her. Eh. Damn, she wanted a drink. She vowed to herself that once this job was over, she'd drink that tavern dry. There wouldn't be a drop of liquor left in the place! Heh. Yeah. That sounded good.

Slowly her hand slid from her dagger as the boy went back to his drink. She didn't care how old he was, he still seemed younger than her and she'd keep up the monikers until she was given a name. Just as she was wondering what the hell was going on he finally motioned to her. Standing and heading back to the stairs she'd transversed just moments before, Blaise followed. The dwarf was only given a glimpse in passing. Perhaps she should have stopped and thought this through. Maybe it was one of those bad ideas to follow a stranger into the bedroom of an inn. Probably ... ha! As if she had any worries. She was no innocent village girl, that was for sure.

Neither was she an assassin however, but she could see the need for utmost secrecy. Striding into the room with a hand at her belt, she adjusted the quiver at her shoulder. Its arrows and the bow rattled against each other breifly. But she said nothing as her eyes grew accustomed to the dark. "Hmph." Seeing as how the guy wasted no time and she wasn't in the mood for games herself, she simply reached into the brown coat tossed haphazardly over her frame. " 'Ere." Shoving the paper wrapped parcel into the lad's hands, she stepped back. Blaise didn't know what was in it, it wasn't her job to know. What she did know however was that this was just one step out of many. It was going to be a long night ahead regardless.

Sin caught the parcel and backed into a corner. It was the only way he could read what was in it and keep an eye on the girl at the same time. The paper was a contract binding him to a bounty.......well someone that needed to me killed but was in or above the law of men. The mesage was missing information that should have been there. Like how many lived in his house. If he had guards, if he could weild a sword, etc. Sin grumbled and his face wrinkled. Almost a smile lay on his lips except for the distorted nose and the inraged eyes he looked happy. He hated it when information was not how it was needed to be. The person that made this was sloppy in their report and deserved to die along with the messanger.

Sin stuffed the parcel in his belt. The papers were torn up and throughn out. He didnt worry about any one finding them. His name was not mentioned and neither was his targets. Sin stood up straight. His five nine frame a couple inches higher then that girls. He looked her straight in the eyes. Well..who sent this with you. I would like to......kill them. Then we can get started. And my name is Sin. He straightend his clothes and held out a hand for her to shake.
