The weeks passed as the two lovers sailed the seas together. The morning was crisp and clear, and both were sleeping in the bed. The vampire stired slightly feeling a little bit on the sickly side. Slowly she sat up placing her hand on her stomach. getting up without disturbing her love she walked up on deck, and over to the railings to look out at the horizan. Luna looked down towards the water with her eyes closed not feeling the best. She actually had this feeling before though she couldn't pin-point it exactly. Thinking about it for a while, she sat herself down leaning her back against the railing side letting her stomach settle quicker. Finally her mind snapped and she remembered where she felt this sickness....she was pregnant. This thought lingered in her mind as her hand rested on her stomach, it had to be the only logical explination for she hasn't been sick for a long time. Now she ran it through her mind of how she was going to tell Xava, standing up slowly she turned and looked towards the horizan. She always did love to watch the sun rise, and see the world come to life once again.. |

The boy smiled as he felt Luna leave his side, his arm collapsing in the empty area next to him. The boy yawned after the girl had left and smiled as he got up, his boxer-like shorts ruffled by the beautiful nights sleep he had, like many of the previous, being next to Luna. He saw her on the deck, a marveling statue of sapphire, as she looked excited and worried for a moment before glancing back out to the sun set. The boy smiled as he uncrossed his arms and crossed the deck, letting the sounds his foot made almost silent against the roar of the ocean around them. He laid he head on her shoulder and pressed into from behind slowly, loving the way their bodies seemed to be made for each other. He wrapped his hands around her stomach and slowly kissed her cheek. “Good morning,” he said as he smiled down at her, “my love.” |

Luna didn't even hear foot steps coming across the deck, the only time she realized he was on deck was when his head rested on her shoulder. This made her look quickly towards his direction, with a scared look at first, but then smiled happily. He pressed his body against her back making her grin, and then he wrapped his arms around her stomach. She took a deep breath after he kissed her cheek. Smiling as he spoke telling her good morning, and through out the whole time she was still tring to figure out how she was going to tell him the news. "Good morning my love." She said with a grin glancing back at him then looked back out towards the water. "hmmm" She said softly as she moved a bit so that she could turn around and face him. Her fingers traced along his chest. "My love, I have something very important to tell you." She said in a slightly more serious tone and would wait for a reply, as she thought of the best way to tell him. |

The boy blinked a few times, almost never hearing her speak in that type of tone before. “My love,” he said as he kissed her, “tell me anything, tell me everything, I always listen.” The boy smiled as he kissed her neck, looking over her shoulder for a moment. “But please,” he said softly, “Whatever it is, tell me while we watch the sun rise, seeing as it is the rebirth of all morning,” he kissed her again as he nuzzled, “as well as our 2 month anniversary since I asked your hand to be mine…” He kissed her again and watched the sun rise slowly form the east, “So tell me, my love. I will listen forever.” |

She returned the kiss softly telling her that she could tell him anything. She just smiled happily as the news sunk more inter her head, she was just so shocked at the time which made her sound serious. He kissed her neck, and told her that they should watch the sun rise. "that I can work with my love." She said as she turned around. "And you are right, it has been that long already." Luna said rather shocked about it. She looked towards the horizan watching the sun slowly rise, he spoke telling her to tell him what it was. With a smile she leaned into his chest since she was standing infront of him. "My love, I woke up not feeling good and I knew I had the feeling before in my other body, though i couldn't pin point it right away. Now I know what it is. Xava..." She paused with a deep breath placing her hand on her stomach. "We are going to be parents." The girl said softly as she glanced back to see what he reaction would be, though she couldn't help but smile. Her wish of being a mother again was coming true. |

The boy stopped, frozen in time for a moment. Even the seas seemed to give respect to the Pirate Lord. As the news sunk in, the light went into his head and he rubbed his hand across her stomach. “My love” he said softly as he continued to stroke her hardly inflated belly, “I…..” he stopped however as a single tear rolled down his cheek. He smiled and kissed her softly as he became to realize what was about to happen. “Parents,” he said softly as he leaned forward onto her shoulder, letting her body lean back against his. |

She just smiled as he stroked her belly, and noticed he was at a lost for words. While she watched his reaction she saw the single tear and couldn't help but smile. "My love, this will be a wonderful thing, might be hard since we will probably be on the sea for most of the time." She said softly after he had let her sink into his body. She loved to feel him close to her for it made her save. Though now with a child she felt even more safe then before. "Just think....we will be parents of a young boy or girl. And my wish of becoming a mother is being fulfilled finally, and we are to be married soon. Everything is so amazing right now even the sun..." She said watching the large orangey fire globe rose higher and higer into the sky. One question did bug her though she wasn't sure if he should ask now, for it pretained to the future when the child would be born. And she figured he still needed to let the news sink into both of their minds even more. |

The boy let go of her softly as he walked back into their room, picking his kimono from the closet. He smiled as he looked over the gray silk as he slid the tunic over, smiling as he looked into the small piece of glass. “A father,” he said softly as he looked back at his reflection. “Am I ready?” The boy sighed and looked towards the sky as he tied to sash. “Oh Calypso help me…” Without thinking, the boy walked over to the large love seat and picked it up, and then quickly dropped it as he filled the seating area with many different books that Luna had read, or was going to read. He smiled and picked it up, walking back on deck as he blew her a kiss, putting the chair next to the wheel as he moved to stack of books to beside the chair and smiled, taking his loves hand as he lead her to the chair. “Sit. I don’t want you hurting yourself, especially while you are in this fragile state. He smiled as he raised one of the two back triangle sails, giving the girl shade for at least ten hours. “If you need anything tell me.” He stopped and looked back. “And please, rest. I can sail The Duskbringer by myself.” |

Luna watched him as he disappeared under the deck, going down the stairs probably to the room. She was curious as to what he was doing, and turned herself about to watch when he came out. It seemed like forever waiting for him, but finally she saw a item pop out from the door first, the Xava followed. The love seat was what he was carring, and in the seat area were the books she had planned on reading. He blew her a kiss and the girl smiled waiting to hear what he would have to say. He came back to her and took her hand, then lead her to the chair. He was acting so cute and loveable that she couldn't help but smile, as she sat herself down on the chair. "Are you sure you can sail the ship on your own my love?" She asked curiously knowing that it would be rather hard to run a whole ship on your own. "Because I may be pregnant, though I can still help out in some way you know." She said smiling as she enjoyed the shade he gave her. "And thank you my love for making me as comfortable as possible." Grinning as she spoke, then looked over at the pile of books figuring out which one she might start reading first. |

“You may be pregnant, but your still mortal,” he said winking, “or immortal, depending on how you look at it.” He smiled as he took the wheel, looking out across the vast ocean. The waves rocked the boat up and down as a gusts of wind began to blow them ahead, speeding like a shark across the ocean due to the light weight of the boat. “So my love,” the boy said as he flipped open his black compass, “where shall we go?” |

She giggled hearing what he said. "Alright my love, I will try to rest and not cause to much trouble." She said with a smile finally picking up one of the books, she looked at the front then slowly opened it to the first page. He had taken the wheel, and the ship went sailing with the wind. She loved the breeze that the speed created, and she knew she would love it when she got farther in the pregancy. He asked her where she wanted to go. "Ummm I don't know, any where sounds wonderful. Though I do suggest that you find a way to get some crew members to help ya run the ship....I am just worried about that because it is not normal to have one man run an entire ship." She said looking up at him, then looked dawn starting to read the first page still listening to him for a reply. |

“True,” he said softly as he looked down at her and smiled before looking back. “Well,” he said softly, as if he was afraid. “I do know one place where we can find a crew….but it will be dangerous….and possibly deadly if we falter.” The boy shook his head. No, not yet. Eventually, maybe, but as for now, no. No way. Not in the state you’re in.” He looked back and smiled, fearing that his wife would be raped. It was not an uncommon site in the wickedest port of Avalon, but if everything went according to plan, soon he would be the leader of this port. |

Luna glanced up holding her spot in the page she was at, and listened to hims speak. Curiously leaning forward wondering about this place he was talking about. Though he shook his head and said that he wouldn't risk it basically. She blinked as she thought about it. "Well why is this place so dangerous?" She asked tilting her head to the side. She thought more about it..because if it was so dangerous. Then wouldn't it be more dangerous to get a crew if the child were to be born, and if they falters would storm everything. She thought to herself then decided to put in her thought of mind outloud to him. "My love, wouldn't it be more difficult if i were on the ship and showing pregnacy or the child already born, and we faltered up something. Wouldn't they storm the ship and destroy anything and everything? I am just wondering since you make them sound so dangerous and such." Right now she didn't look pregnant, and she was able to fight...she did have her sword. Since she made a special trip before they had went to the wedding to get it. Though it stayed in the room on a shelf since she had no reason to use it. "I just feel uncomfortable sitting here having you run the whole ship on your own. It just seems to not be fair to you to have to run the whole ship, my love." She said looking lovingly up at him wanting everything to be as easy for him as possible with any help she could provide. |

“Sit,” the boy commanded as he listened to her worry. “I’m fine, I have been for a while and I can be so now. Plus,” the boy said snickering, “If I have the need, we can go under and not have to do any work.” The boy smiled and looked up at the sun, seeing clouds slowly scrape the horizon. “Damn,” he said softly as he turned the wheel a bit to the left, “I was hoping we could sun tan on deck.” The boy sighed and shrugged as if to say “oh well” before he held up his hand. “Bubble,” he said softly as a small seed of ocean water shot up until it was above the crows nest. At this point, it exploded and began to create a massive veil that covered the entire ship, hull and all. Slowly, The Duskbringer became to move roughly, being pushed forward quickly and pulled back roughly as Xavarian began to work the water. “Under the sea we go,” he said softly as a wave came over the ship, sending it beneath the crushing waves… “I hate that,” the man said softly as he hung over the starboard rail, watching the fish swim above and beneath them. The current had a strange way of work, that was for sure. For even though the bubble was around them, a large stream of water was going through the bubble, pushing into the sails like it was metal pole that kept the boat on track. The boy looked back at Luna and smiled, blowing her a kiss as he turned his attention back to the sea. |

Luna blinked and sat back down in the chair, almost like she was pushed by his command. The girl listened to him as he told her he could handle things, and would be fine. She just nodded. "Alright my love, if you say so." She said with a grin, before looking towards the horizan. She glanced over at Xava as she felt the ship slightly turn to the left, and wondered what he was going to do. He said bubble, and she could only watch as some water rose above the crows nest. Then spread out creating a bubble around the entire ship. The Duskbringer then would set its sails to go under the sea, and Luna was just a bit excited. Since she liked the thought of being under the water without actually getting wet. leaning back into the comfort of the chair she looked above her to watch the sea life come alive. She couldn't help but smile while her hand rested over her belly. Glancing over to her lover she had caught him blowing a kiss to her, and she smiled blowing a kiss back to him before he drifted back to watching the sea. "It really is an amazing site to see...not something you would see if you had a normal life." She said looking around her, then to the book that rested in her hand. She wondered how long it would take her to read this book, since she would find herself easily distracted. |
