Die.

The temple was magnificant from far away and just short of terrifying up close. Tamris stood at the jaws of the temple, which she presumed was the gate. Peering up at the ivory teeth, she shuddered, wondering if they were going to close on her as she wandered through. A breeze blew, quite similar to that of a breath, though if she noticed this it did not cross her mind. She was here for one purpose, and two possible outcomes. Remembering this, the assassin reached under her cloak and gripped Quicksilver's now icy hilt. She'd travelled here from the middle of nowhere, having absolutely nothing to do in this world other than bring death to the doorsteps of countless individuals each day. It got boring after a while, you know, and, the half-elf, being the curious person that she was, often seeked different forms of tasks or entertainment, whichever, depending on her mood. Now it was what she would consider a task; but Tamris was equally sure that she was going to have some fun. Glancing at the dragons languidly stretching on the terrain to soak up the sun, Tamris knew she was going to have lots of fun. Maybe. No. She was. And now the assassin started walking into the temple, her feet firm where her resolve was not. She glanced up at the rows of teeth as she entered, then suddenly back behind her as if she was being followed. All she noticed was the trail of black footprints leading to her, where the soot had caught her boots. The half-elf glared at them, as if willing them to disappear. She had other things to do here though; Tamris spun around again, her eyes turning from ebony to silver as they glowed slightly, letting her see with the elven infravision. The world around her was quite beautiful, and Tamris grew a little more comfortable with the surroundings as she descended the throat of the beast, silently seeking the god of this terrifying world. ((yeah uhm I dunno if I read the description properly but.... yeah)) |

Not Very PG13

Invisible within the temples shadows Nethri stalked the newcomer to this place. The scent of the woman marked her as having power beyond mortal recognition. A power that was somewhat similar to that of the hellcat's master. Because of this the cat 'tailed' her into the temple. At the womans sudden stop, the world stopped for the kitten sized cat. Had she been seen an ambush would be out of the question. Luckily she was not and stuck to the shadows and slowly grew into a more formidable form. Meanwhile in the belly of the beast The God of Dragons was locked in a heated arguement with another. However this was not quite obvious to anyone watching. You see recently he had encountered the soul of one of the last Shadow Dragons. This soul had since invaded the Gods body and was now sharing his mind. "We Should do it, Kill them all. You were once one of them, you know how to destroy them all." A dark voice said eagerly. "That is beside the point. I am no longer alligned with them. I wish to have nothing more to do with them unless they pose a threat to what I stand for now." Setharoth retorted. "But they already do. They stand against all you believe in. You should hunt them down and cleanse them with your flames." The dark voice again. "I will not. It is only your thirts for blood that compells you to say such things. It is only..." He stopped abruptly. Somewhere in the back of his mind a small alarm sounded. Someone was near. Very near. Someone was here, someone who wielded power. A threat in this temple. He turned and drew one of his blades. In the darkness it's light danced off the walls, showing obscure shadows and scenes of destruction. I feel it to. One come to take your power. Destruction ensues... Setharoth pushed the Dragons thoughts from his mind and awaited the one who held such power. |
