Kingsport
Sprawled out near a small bay on Avalon’s eastern coast, Kingsport is one of the largest merchant cities on the entire continent and rivalled only by the capitol’s own port in terms of naval activity. Bustling with people of all creeds and colors, it is a frequent stop for most caravans passing through the continent, and a nexus for trade conducted with the inner isles and the eastern continents of Fincayra and Gramarye. The city itself is surrounded by a semi-circular wall, opening up into a harbor whose entry is regulated by means of a large seawall patrolled regularly by the city’s guard. The city is currently under the rule of the Dahngard family, who conduct their business from the imposing Seawatch Keep which is located on the cliffs above, standing as a mute sentinel over the constant activity of Kingsport’s streets.

Geunor Village
The small houses that line the dirt streets are open and bustling with life, whether during the day or night the place is never dull. Many of the men work in the mines if Iseh during the day while the women stay and look after the village. Many animals frequent through the place, sheep, cows, pigs and poultry all sustenance for the little civilization. The people here are open and friendly to most strangers, and very hospitable. They may look as if they don’t have much but that never seems to bother them. Instead they sing, dance, and laugh, if your lucky you might drop by during one of their festivals.

Mines of Iseh
A circuit of large caves and mines run through the Avalon mountain. They are vast and somehow seem to be lit from within, though no person is entirely sure how this came to be. The people of Geunor village have made a living from the place by mining the precious materials it supplies. From there they trade with those of Littlewood, a village just a few kilometers from them, due south. The mines are dangerous and many lose their way in the darkness and dank corridors, this problem has caused many just to avoid these caves completely, all except for the Geunorians that is.

White Sand River
Not far east from the Mines of Iseh, the White Sand River is appropriately named in regards to its size and appearance. A broad expanse of white sands and rolling dunes, be sure to have an abundance of water with you. Few palm trees and patches of grass dot the ground along the way to the odd oasis. Although dry and arid the White Sand is not an entirely undesirable place to see. It is not as pleasing as the ocean shores in Avalon but it is pleasing to the eye to say the least. However every beauty has its price. Sandstorms threaten the White Sand at times and heavy rainfalls are not as uncommon as they would seem. Rainstorms may not sound as dangerous to most but there is not an abundance of shelter in the White Sand River, leaving you to the sky's rage.

River of Lethe
You travel north across The White Sand River for lengths coming across two palm trees which have grown only a few feet from one another. Oddly they are unaccompanied by any source of water. Curious, you walk towards them and step between the two trees when soon you are engulfed by a sudden white fog you curiously hadn't seen ahead. It encircles you, impairing your vision and mysteriously leaving only your own body visible to yourself. A slight fear touches your heart, however, standing still would lead to your eventual demise; so you begin walking blindly ahead. Within a few moments the mist dissipates leaving you at the shore of a river. Lush grass and wild flowers blanket the shoreline, trees are tall with thick trunks; their leaves and limbs wave in a gentle breeze. In the evening tiny glows of light hover about giving a fanatical and ethereal feel to the river. Inviting and beautiful you may decide to seat yourself beneath the shade of a blossomed tree to rest looking over to the sparkling waters of the River of Lethe. Be careful however, an extended visit may rob you of your most precious possessions as it seats you in its pleasures. You will begin to forget all that occurred before your visit, of acquaintances, and old friends....and eventually your own name.
A word to the wise, it would be in your best interest not to follow anyone into the river. Beautiful maiden spirits swim about beneath the surface and at times play about the immediate shoreline, beckoning you with sweet whispers to their homes below. If they manage to pull you sweetly beneath your soul may be lost to the River of Lethe forever. |

Marshes of the Fay
Here is a place so full of magic the air seems thick with its power. Fairies flitter about easily on the breeze filling the trees and the sky. Balls of glowing light mark the fairy creatures as they flit about glowing brightly. Fish float above and below the waters surface and the occasional Kelpie (a fae that takes the form of a white horse and lures people into the swamps to drown them) even simply watch travelers, being still instead of their usual beastly selves. This is a place of peace and safety though if one is to drift to sleep here they might never wake up, for this marsh though peaceful, seems to play with the mind and toy with the paths of travelers however it likes.

Yugento Pond
In a small open clearing there is a little place, quaint to look at and pleasant and to spend your day at. There aren’t many inhabitants of the area unless you count the few birds and game that travel through the area occasionally, but it is still a great place to spend an afternoon. The pond water is clear and cool to the touch, small fish reside within. Their colourful shaped bodies darting and rippling through the water is an enjoyable thing to watch.

Celver Meadow
Here the wondrous fields stretch as far as any could see. The breeze stirs the knee-high grass softly as the large cedar trees stand tall. Leaves blow about the ground as if dancing upon the world. Day or night this is a magical place, it is almost hard to believe any could disturb its peaceful air. The large open areas leave many options for how to spend your time here.

Lake Milytharo
A large lake can be found south of the Shadow Falls. The crystalline water sparkles and there seems to be a magic present that causes the sky around to always be cloudless and peaceful. Rainbow fish can be found swimming through the water and it is easy to see them because the water is so clear. Any activity that disturbs the environment is banned here, but it is a lovely place to go for picnics or even sit and gaze around.
