Blizzard Cove is accurately named, it's waters stormy and cold, and the weather almost always snowy and frozen. Not many inhabit this place, but those who do make up the small town simply called 'Cove' by travelers and trade ships. A small, but rather prosperous place thanks to the new management of Lady Rika Seransi, it is more habitable than ever, though still frightfully cold. Once, there was a demon heart of the Cove, but it was found by the demon Garoxx and now rests in his Lady's hands, though it hardly possesses the power that the myth endowed it to have. The people here are proud and tough, united under their lady. Anyone wishing to find a town easy to plunder, should think again.
