The once bustling town of Idia is now the regional capital of the re-instated duchy of Drakenfeld. It’s once thriving economy has cooled in some aspects or been geared to other aims. The progress however continues under the command of the new government, who also put much emphasis on the army and were quick to harness the famous Idian University of magic which sits directly on the flow of raw magical energies which make the region a noted exporter of magical personnel. However, as it is a magically rich land, the simplest of spells might turn into a great catastrophe if the caster is inexperienced with the pitch of magic at present in the town. The inhabitants of the town are of many cultures and races, with many races noted for their craftsmanship being actively encouraged to the town.

A quiet little valley, not visited often by people. The days are almost too warm, but the nights are the most enchanting. Stars give the place a romantic feel, and the moon adds to the glow. Though this is nice, there is also an unknown magic that pulses through every inch of the valley, making it actually glow, but only in the evening.

Looking around you see a wide canyon. There are cliffs on either side of you. A waterfall is at the top of the canyon, the water running through the canyon. On either side of the water there is land. It’s a beautiful place, said to be the home of spirits.
